Products
All of the products we offer are marketed as kegel exersisers or as pelvic floor exercisers by the manufacturers. The Kegelmaster, Myself and Pelvexiser, PMTx and the Step Free Weights are also cleared by the FDA to be sold as medical devices for the treatment of a weak pelvic floor muscle or Kegel muscles. All the other devices that we sell here do not have FDA clearance but may also be viable options for many people. We believe that by offering the widest possible range of choices more people will find a device they like and exercise successfully. We also believe that by choosing a device that most appeals to you, you will be able to stick to an exercise regimen.
We recommend that an exercise regimen should consist of at least 1 session per day (30-40 contractions) to build up muscle tone and at least one session per week to maintain muscle tone.
