Customer: J.S.: PELVEXISER: Overall Satisfaction: 10/10 Ease of Use: 8/10
What She Liked: "I like the ability to have feedback. I know I am using the correct muscles when the dial moves"
What She Didn't Like: "Nothing"
Schedule of Use: "I used the KegelXcel twice a day, 5 minutes at a time for 5 weeks. Now I use it once a day for 5 minutes."
Benefits From Use: "At my last OB appointment my doctor noticed an improvement in my ability to squeeze my pelvic muscles. I like knowing that I am doing the exercises correctly"
Customer: P.H. MYSELF: Overall Satisfaction 10/10 Ease of Use: 10/10
Why Purchased: Needed to improve my pelvic floor. Had used a device in physiotherapy which gave visual feedback and told me when and how long to contract and relax the muscles for, and found it an enormous help in doing the exercises. I considered getting a different device as your web site suggested this one was for someone with low to middle strenth, and I didn't think I was so bad... but it has been perfect.
What She Liked: Myself is really easy and quick to use. There is never the excuse that I don't have time as it only takes 5 minutes. I like the fact that I can concentrate on getting the exercises right, because I don't have to be counting or looking at I clock, the device tells me when to contract and relax. It automatically adjusts to the level I need, and I can see that I am improving. I can also see that I am doing the exercises correctly. I'm not normally someone who can stay motivated when exercising, unless I see results. I am still very motivated.
What She Didn't Like: I thought it was a little pricy, and nearly bought something cheaper, but I'm really glad I didn't. Bit annoyed that it doesn't come with the extra sensors they recommend you have to complete the 16 week inital exercise routine. (But now I'm nit picking!)
Schedule of Use: I have used the device as recommended, once or twice a day for 2 months. (Five minute sessions). I have moved up from level one and am in the higher area of level two now. There are three levels altogether.
Benefits From Use: Your web site was a little conflicting in what it said about 'Myself's' ability to improve sexual pleasure (your 'compare' chart says it doesn't but the information about it says it does. My husband tells me he is very impressed! I feel much more confident about my bladder control. Sometimes I can run without a problem, and can completely stop myself if I have an urge because of the sound of a running tap! I do however feel I have some more exercises to do and more improvement to make.
Customer: T.F. PELVEXISER: Overall Satisfaction: 8/10 Ease of Use: 8/10
What She Liked: "I liked that it gives you visual feedback"
What She Didn't Like: "I thought some of the directions were confusing"
Schedule of Use: "Twice a day for 5 minutes at a time"
Benefits From Use: "I feel like I have more control over the pelvic muscles
Customer: B.B. PELVEXISER: Overall Satisfaction: 9/10 Ease of Use: 9/10
What She Liked: "I like the visual feedback. I am able to see my progress. At the beginning, I could move the needle on the gauge only 2 mm. After approximately two weeks, I can move the needle on the gauge 1 cm. or more. In addition, I can hold the contraction for 8 seconds, compared to 2 seconds when I started. Watching the gauge helps me to know when I am doing the exercises correctly."
What She Didn't Like: "I find that the sensor is too short and that I must hold it with my hand to ensure that it is in far enough to reach the PC muscles. As all of our bodies are different, I imagine that there is some variation in the exact location of the pc muscles."
Schedule of Use: "5 days per week, once or twice per day for 5-10 minutes each time; 25-30 contractions. I started by aiming at holding each contraction for 5 seconds. Now I am aiming for 10 seconds."
Benefits From Use: "The device makes me schedule the exercises, so I actually do them. The visual biofeedback is very positive. I can see that I have definitely made some progress. This inspires me to continue with the exercises, using the device."
Customer: C.C. PELVEXISER: Overall Satisfaction: 10/10 Ease of Use: 9/10
Why She Purchased: I bought the KegelXcel to prepare for my fourth pregnancy.
We are going to use the Bradley method so I thought I should get serious about the Kegel exercises this time. What She Liked: Well made and very sturdy. I like the difference resistance levels and the accurate/immediate feedback.
What She Didn't Like: Although I am certain that I am not using my abs, the sensor often feels as if its on the way out, because it is a tad too short maybe. So, I really find that I hold it in place most of the time. Schedule of Use: Two times a day, 5-6 minutes each, for the past two weeks or so. I haven't been watching the number of contractions so much as the length of time I can hold each one.
Benefits From Use: I have gone from only being able to hold a contraction for 2 seconds to over 8 seconds. Of course, this is at the 80-100mmHg pressure. Overall, I am excited about the progress I'm making.
